"I started off at a small club on the Central Coast of NSW. When I was 14 I tragically lost my mentor and coach Gary Lambert at our training session off Terrigal, right before I turned professional at 15 on the Ironman circuit. I was very lucky to find a coach and friend in Steve Lenton who became a huge part of my career before we moved north to the Gold Coast. Steve for many years would continue to mentor me through my surf Ironman career. Pat O'Keefe was another huge influence in my Ironman career whilst training along side the likes of Ironwomen legend Karla Gilbert. This then brought me to my last several years as an Ironman training with 2 x Australian Ironman Champion Pierce Leonard with a mixture of sessions we both created together. I have had many surf coaches over my years in Surf Life Saving and Im so grateful for their guidance and knowledge that I have learnt to now allow me to share all of that knowledge with those around me. This platform is to create added confidence in a training program so individuals and families can continue having faith in their surf club. I want to see surf clubs thrive, through individuals, at a club level during competition's and in their confidence and skill level in the ocean."
